What we promise

Any Visivra order placed on this official store comes with a 60-day satisfaction promise. Not happy, for whatever reason? You can ask for your purchase price back within 60 days of the date you ordered. No hoops.

Claiming a refund, step by step

1. Email support@visivraofficial.com within 60 days of your order date.
2. Give us your order number and the name the order was placed under.
3. We'll reply with a return authorisation and where to send things back.
4. Post back any bottles you still have, empties included.
5. Once they reach us, the refund goes to your original payment method — usually within 5 to 10 business days.

What's refundable

• The product's purchase price, within the 60-day window.
• Orders placed through visivraofficial.com — that's where the promise applies.

What isn't

• Shipping charges, out and back, unless the return is down to a mistake on our end (wrong or damaged item).
• Anything requested after the 60 days have passed.
• Bottles bought from third-party sellers or marketplaces rather than this store.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

Got the wrong item, or a damaged one? Send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
